In 1988 Pastor Ruhl brought his family to California to be the Pastor of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. In the past 30 years, Pastor and Mrs. Ruhl have made it their mission to make Chico a better place to live, one person at a time.

Deaf Ministry
The PVBS Deaf Ministry exists to provide spiritual strengthening resources for the Deaf. We have trained ASL Interpreters for every service and put the words of every song on the screens.
Sermons
You can listen to our services either by Audio or Video. Sermons will be uploaded an hour after every service.
